EASY ROAST BEETROOT FALAFELS

I've often though that if I owned a nutrient van delivery street content, then beetroot falafels would be top of my listing. They're traditionally profound fried (I restaurant or heat mine) and served in flatbread lettuce (making them an excellent touching n' go content).
