Run over murphy chips - there's a new eat in townsfolk! Peddling organization chips had a corking run, but they're filled with soppy fat and separate uncommunicative ingredients. Still though I undergo they're bad for me, I comfort make for those cured chips all too ofttimes. They seemed to be the exclusive action that satisfies my desire for a tender, crunchy eat. Luckily, we figured out a way for you to somebody your bar and eat it, too. These oven baked zucchini chips are low in fat and calories, and they're best described with one, lyrate speech: yummy.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (large) zucchini, cut into 1/8" - 1/4" slices
- 1/3 cup whole grain breadcrumbs, optional Panko (homemade breadcrumb recipe)
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, reduced fat
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons low-fat milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
