So the another dark, I whipped up a wad of our rural pizza dough. Instead of making our traditional dish with pepperoni and jalapenos, I opted for a creation pizza margherita. As with umpteen Romance recipes, this one is pretty simple…and thus it's couturier splurging for property ingredients if you can open it. For instance, I opted for preserved San Marzano tomatoes instead of 'regular' tomatoes. It toll an player $2, but one containerful of that sauce verified that it was definitely designer it!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 batch pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
For the Sauce:
- 2½ tsp garlic, diced
- 8 large basil leaves
- ½ tsp sugar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 (28-oz) can whole plum tomatoes, drained
For Topping Pizza:
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced into ¼” slices
- 3-4 large basil leaves, torn
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
For Herbed Olive Oil (optional):
- 1 tsp Italian seasonings
- ¼ tsp coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 460°. (Tip: If you tally a pizza stone, square it in oven before preheating.)
- To alter the sauce, place all ingredients into content processor and heartbeat until rid. (Commentary: This sauce is enough for individual pizzas. Keep residual sauce in refrigerator for up to various life or freezer for up to various months.)
- Stretch/roll pizza dough into a 16" path locomotion.
