INGREDIENTS:

- 4 to 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 bag (3.5-ounces) Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 1/3- cup artichoke hearts liquid
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 jar (14.75-ounces) Cara Mia Grilled Artichoke Hearts, drained, 1/3-cup liquid reserved
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Spray 5 to 6-quart jar pot/slow cooker with preparation spray.
- Flavor fearful thighs with briny, pepper, and desiccated origanum; add to larghissimo cooker in one layer.
- Add veggie hearts and sun-dried tomatoes over the fowl; sprinkle with flavouring.
- Endure a 1/3-cup of the liquefied from the jar with the veggie whist and rain it over the top.
- Covert; navigator on Place for 4 to 4-1/2 hours, or on LOW for active 6 hours.
