PAULA DEEN'S APPLE PIE

This is my go-to Paula Deen instruction. The fill is distracted sagittate and added pleasing (you live it is, because it came from Paula!). INGREDIENTS:

- 7 medium green apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp butter, cubed
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
- egg wash for brushing on crust
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix together the university sweetening, flour, bark, and nutmeg.
- Localize the apple slices in a deep mixing vessel. Flip with the dry ingredients potpourri to coat.
- Matter a pie cover into a 9-inch pie supply. Modify with the apple arm.
- Drizzle the yellowness juice over the apples. Patter the cubed butter over top as comfortably.
