• 2-3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

For the Cupcakes:

1. Mix dry ingredients unitedly.
2. Mix wet ingredients together.
3. Create a symptomless in the dry ingredients and pullulate the wet ingredients in, mix until meet combined. Do not over mix.
