INGREDIENTS:
Grilled Steak
- 1 pound NY strip steaks (or cut of choice)

Pistachio Pesto (makes 3/4 cups)
- 1 1/2 cup loosely packed basil
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
